Established in 2016 by Pankaj Aade, Banjara’s Chulla began as a part-time venture and quickly grew into a full-fledged passion project thanks to the overwhelming response from our guests. Pankaj brought a team from his hometown to help recreate the authentic flavors of rural India. Our menu offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialties, including chicken, mutton, zunka bhakar, bharit, tamatar chutney, and much more.
